Back home!
I arrived back home yesterday after 36 hours of traveling. I couldnt wait to see the horses today,they were already at the gate waiting when i arrived and i was shocked at how hairy they were,already getting their winter coats.When i brought them in i found that Plum was lame,i'm pretty sure its an absess as her heal is soft and she's flinching when i touch it,so its been polticed and i wait for it burst!

So glad you are home safely - what a great course!! Poor Plum - I used to often find horses got abcesses with change of season and ground, but with nutrition improved they are HEAPS better now.
